This page allows you to configure your email notifications in the FluxEdge platform. These settings help you stay informed about your FluxEdge activities, even when you're offline. Each notification option is initially disabled by default and can be activated individually based on your preferences. Below is a detailed overview of each notification type:
1. Machine Lease Stopped
Description: You will receive a notification when one of your machine rentals is stopped. This could be either because you completed the rental or due to a provider malfunction, such as network issues or other outages.
Purpose: This alert keeps you informed about the status of your machine leases, allowing you to promptly address any issues or interruptions. The notification also provides details about the total rental cost and informs you if you are eligible for any cashback due to the rental ending prematurely.
2. Deployment Cancelled
Description: You will be notified when one of your deployments ends with a failed status.
Purpose: This alert allows you to take necessary actions promptly when a deployment doesn't complete successfully.
3. Low Balance Warning
Description: This notification alerts you when your FluxEdge balance is insufficient to cover 24 hours of usage at your current spending rate.
Purpose: It serves as a reminder to deposit additional funds into your FluxEdge account, ensuring uninterrupted access to our services.
On the top right of the user interface, you will see information regarding the status of your anti-phishing code. This code helps protect your account from phishing attacks by ensuring that all legitimate communications from FluxEdge include a personalized code that only you know.
If Enabled: You'll see a confirmation that your anti-phishing code is active.
If Not Enabled: There’s an easy way to enable it directly from the UI.
