Rewards Information

  1. When do I receive rewards? As a FluxCore Provider, you can track your current rewards per hour in real-time. Rewards are credited when the rental is stopped by the customer or when you stop it due to a force stop or outage.

  2. Is there a minimum reward threshold before I receive rewards? You receive rewards for a rental as soon as the rental is stopped. However, there is a minimum threshold implemented before you can withdraw them.

  3. Do I receive a weekly, monthly, or yearly reward statement either via CSV/PDF that I can use for tax purposes? Yes, you can download a CSV statement from Account > Audit > Rewards Claimed. You may filter for specific types to get a cleaner download.

  4. Are there reward withdrawal fees? A: Yes, there are reward withdrawal fees that depend on the network you withdraw them to.

  5. How are rewards paid out? For example, Crypto, PayPal, Stripe, etc.? Provider rewards can either be transferred to FluxEdge Balance for direct use in machine rentals or withdrawn in the cryptocurrency FLUX on the ETH, Binance, and Mainnet networks.

  6. If I have reward questions or queries, where do I log a ticket to reach support? Reward withdrawal requests are currently manually processed by the InFlux Technologies Team and can take up to 24 hours to process. If you have not received the rewards for a request, you can reach out to support at: https://support.runonflux.io/support/home.

  7. Can I set a minimum price for renting out my GPU? Machine pricing is managed using a pricing formula, and currently, there are no specifications that the provider can set themselves.
